Punjab govt decides to take action against counterfeit cosmetic products
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Government of Punjab has decided to take strict action against sub-standard cosmetic manufacturers and sellers of the province.
According to details, Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has approved Drug Amendment Bill 2020. He said that in the past, concerned departments failed to take any strict action and fraudsters continued looting masses.
CM Punjab assured that government is taking practical steps against this counterfeiting mafia. Availability of original and branded products will also be ensured, he added.
